People come to counselling for a variety of reasons. Some people come with a specific issue and some people come because they feel generally overwhelmed with the challenges that life brings.
Sometimes the hardest step is recognising that you need someone to talk to.
I offer a safe, confidential and supportive space where you can talk about what is worrying you, without the fear of being judged so you feel heard and valued.
I offer an initial 30 minute free consultation where you can see how you experience working with me, and we can discuss what you would like to achieve through counselling. After this session there is no commitment to continue but if you do decide to proceed I then offer short, medium and long term therapy based on your needs.
My fees are £40 for 50 minute individual sessions and, for a limited time I am offering sessions to couples for £25. Couples sessions are 75 minutes. Day, evening, weekend and early morning appointments avaliable.
I have a small number of reduced cost sessions avaliable for clients on a low income.
