People seek therapy for a variety of reasons. Some want specific support following a bereavement, relationship issues, work issues, anxiety, depression, questions around gender identity, low self-esteem or a lack of confidence. Other people feel generally overwhelmed with the challenges that life brings. Whatever your need I offer a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can talk about what's worrying you without the fear of being judged, so you feel heard and valued. I am passionate about psychotherapy and believe that it enables people to make meaning out of their problems so that they can take informed decisions about what they want to do to bring about change in their lives.
